We are “Trek The Himalayas Foundation” and we believe that with success in business comes social responsibility. As part of our commitment to this responsibility, we support education and healthcare of underprivileged communities along with sustainable tourism practices in the Himalayas. By working with trusted volunteers, we aim to bring a lasting, positive change in the communities in which we operate.

We are intently guided by a deep respect to humanity, to promote equal opportunity in education, and contribute to sustainable tourism. Right from the beginning, we have integrated social responsibility into our core values and regular operations.

In certain Himalayan regions, due to remoteness and limited connectivity, people are struggling to access basic needs such as education and healthcare. The lack of these essentials has created barriers to personal and economic growth. To address this concern, our dedicated team collaborates with volunteers, local leaders, and community groups and work towards incorporating actions that are effective and sustainable over time.

Children’s education is one of our key concerns and we are committed to create a level playing field for them. It is observed that a certain section of underserved kids of the remote Himalayan villages struggle for education due to economic disparity. The “Gift of Hope” initiative aims towards profoundly bridging this gap.

Sustainability is another major area to focus as we are obligated to protect and maintain the Himalayan ecosystem. With increasing footfall of tourists in this region, the natural resources, environment, and local traditions might face serious threat. So, to address this issue, we launched the “Heal Himala” campaign.
